WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to all our customers.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Once your order is processed, it typically takes us 1 to 5 working days to handle and prepare your order for shipment. Please see the estimated shipping times below:

USA and Canada: 7 to 15 working days
European countries: 7 to 15 working days
Rest of the world: 12 to 17 working days

Please note that if a temporary out-of-stock condition occurs, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Currently, we provide free Standard Shipping on all orders.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Each package we send is assigned a tracking number, which allows you to track and monitor its progress during transit.

IS SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

Normally, our packages are delivered to your mailbox. However, if a package is too large, it will be hand-delivered. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you will need to collect the parcel from the nearest post office.

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
