Our return and refund policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased item to the manufacturer.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we suggest checking your bank account once again. You may also want to contact the issuer of your credit card, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially displayed. Additionally, please reach out to your bank, as refunds often undergo processing delays before being displayed. SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same one, please email us at email@example.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
